Your therapist will support you to develop healthy thinking and behavioural habits so that your recovery is feasible and long-lasting. You will complete short daily homework tasks to help you develop these new habits and embed them in your day-to-day life.

It can help improve your sleep, help you cope with learning disorders, and help resolve relationship & communication issues.
